You will also be responsible for helping the customers with any problems they may have and giving them information on the campsite and surrounding area.

You will visit the customers at least twice - on their arrival and the night before their departure.

You will prepare the accommodation between the time the previous customer leaves and the next customer arrives. Once a week you will be on ECO (Emergency Call Out duty) which means you must remain in uniform and available until 11pm.

You will have to deal with administration and be involved in stock ordering and Store Tent and Linen.

You will work 5.5 days and are free for 1.5 days.  You will be part of an international team, so you must be confident enough to communicate and mix with different nationalities.

Please note: If you begin your Traineeship in early April you will be involved in Montage - this is theremoval of equipment from winter storage, cleaning and preparation of the accommodation before the first customers arrive.
